The "Account Page" element can only be added to the WooCommerce Account Page.

The WooCommerce Account Page is currently set to "Minha Conta" (ID: 23).

Set the WooCommerce Account Page in the WP admin at WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup.
